PE (August-September 2015)

To support the unit “Where We Are in Place and Time“, students are going to explore the concept of “form” and “opportunity” to support this unit. They will learn about running, sprint & hurdle race.

Students will:

  • Perform running skills (sprinting & hurdle race) while changing pathway, direction and/or speed (to support the “form” concept).
  • Demonstrate controlled combinations of movement.
  • Learn how to use stopwatch to measure their running speed and learn how to collect the data.
